AxTRAN vacuum gauge is equipped with Bessel-type energy filter, which can reduce the residual current caused by soft X-ray and ESD ions, and can measure vacuum fields from ultra-high vacuum to extremely high vacuum. It is suitable for pressure measurement of high-energy accelerator, ultra-high/extremely high vacuum equipment, etc.
