Roots pump nXL110i
The nXL series is the new single-phase pump available in two models: nXL110i and nXL200i. Both models are optimized for LCMS and ICPMS operations and are capable of handling gas loads up to 25 slm. nXLi can also be used in chambers with a volume of up to 100 liters, with continuous inlet pressure up to 15 mbar, supporting temporary evacuation.
