4, E2M and EH booster pump combination:
E2S two-stage rotary pump and EH supercharger standard combination can meet high capacity requirements. These pumping systems are pre-assembled at the factory and are compact, mobile and easy to use. The E2S85-EH1200 can be started directly at atmospheric pressure, providing an effective speed of 900 m 3 /h (@ 60Hz), and can reach a high vacuum range, the ultimate vacuum is 2x 10 -4 mbar.
