1. Integrated control: The integrated controller of molecular pump and vacuum gauge can realize complete control of the pump and up to 3 vacuum gauges, and can realize complete serial remote communication.
2. Exhaust valve option: The optional turbo molecular pump exhaust valve can be ordered as part of the pump truck assembly.
