The EDO series dry scroll vacuum pump is a compact product. It uses the new drive scroll technology, which is reliable, clean, energy-saving and modular. The core part of EDO is the dual-inlet pump-stage scroll mechanism, which can achieve higher production capacity. The pump can reach a limit pressure of 1 mbar and is designed to provide a constant pumping flow rate in the high-pressure zone.
