When the oil rotary vacuum pump is started at atmospheric pressure or operated under low vacuum, the vacuum pump oil will be discharged together with the pumped gas. This exhaust gas consists of many tiny oil droplets, and the shape of the smoke is discharged from the exhaust port of the pump. The smoke filter can ensure a clean environment and protect indoor equipment from oil mist pollution.
