1. Continuous operation corresponding to full pressure field
adopts forced operation oil supply mode and cylinder water cooling mode with high suction pressure and stable operation. With the oil mist filter, oil recovery device, and heat-resistant seals, the vacuum pump can operate continuously in the full pressure range below atmospheric pressure.
. Low noise
is realized. Due to the structure of reducing the operating sound at the limit pressure, the noise of the VSN1501 and VSN2401 can be lower than 74dB(A)(the measured value at 1 meter away from the pump with an oil mist filter when the limit pressure is reached).
3. Low vibration
can achieve high speed (50Hz, 1500r/min) due to the rotary vane structure adopted, which greatly reduces the vibration in the low frequency field with large vibration transmission. Therefore, there is no need for large-scale infrastructure projects, and it is easy to place them on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the factory building.
4. Excellent maintenance performance
In order to facilitate daily maintenance work, the directions of oil confirmation, oil replenishment, and oil replacement are the same operating direction.
